The Supervisor of Visual and Performing Arts Center for Newark Public Schools, Mr. Sheeley holds a BA degree from Mansfield College in Music Education and an MS in Educational Leadership from the College of New Jersey. He is involved a number of Newark arts organizations including serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Symphony Hall and and the Assistant Director of the Whitehouse WInd Symphony.
